Our Red Blend features a rich, elegant and savory taste with bold fruit-forward flavors of red plum preserves, black cherries and black currant that invigorate this blend with perfection.

Nose: intense and comforting like a big hug filled with notes of dark fruit, leather, vanilla, and baking spices

Palate: textured and grippy tannins with flavors of red plum preserves, black cherries, and nutmeg.

Pairing: goes well cozied up next to a fire or with some comfort food like beef ragu pasta, bacon Mac & cheese, matzo ball soup, deep dish pizza, and a hearty pork pozole soup.
